Wednesdays & Fridays at 9 AM

Hatha Yogic sequences created with a natural pace and inward conscious focus. Practice includes some mantra & end with a short meditation. 

 

Enjoy fresh air and natural beauty while mindfully dropping into gentle yogic postures (asanas) & your breath (pranayama). Learn how to lengthen, open, expand and finding more balance in your body, spirit and mind. Practice Yogic tools such as daily mantra & mudra for increased activation during meditation & mindful movement. Each and every posture (asana) that we flow through will be available to all levels of yogi practitioner.

Restorative Yogic sequences developed to help activate deep relaxation through varied breathing methods (pranayama), 

gentle natural paced Yoga with an inward conscious focus.

 

Enjoy fresh air and the setting sun in the natural beauty of garden while learning tools such as mantra & mudra for increased activation during meditation & mindful movement. Sleep deep after moving stuck energy in the hips and legs with gentle floor "work" and stretching. Each and every posture (asana) that we flow through will be available to all levels of yogi practitioner.

Yin Yoga Wednesdays 

All Levels Welcome - Yin Yoga 

Yin Yoga Flow 

at 6:00 PM

 

Yin Yogic sequences developed to release stuck energy & emotions. We learn to "let go" and use props to support us in this non-activity. Yin Yoga can be a very nourishing experience with the right about of blocks, props, and pillows. You will learn how to use varied breathing methods (pranayama) to create an inward conscious focus and connection. 

 

Enjoy fresh air in the natural beauty of garden while learning tools such as mantra & mudra for increased activation during meditation & mindful movement. Each and every posture (asana) that we flow through will be available to all levels of yogi practitioner. 

The Details:

To prepare for Yoga it is wise to not eat or drink heavily at least 1 hour before.

 

Please bring your own mat if possible and feel free to bring any props or items that might make your experience more comfortable. I also have plenty of mats, blocks & blankets to lend out. 
 

Location: Hawaiian Paradise Park

All classes are donation based with a sliding scaled of: $8 - $15
